AdaHASLAM(nee Smith) 21st February 1926. Passed away peacefully in hospital on 10th October 2016. Much loved Mam of Janice and the late Margaret (RIP). Wife of the late James (RIP). Also loving Sister and Mother-in-law. Ada will be sadly missed by all her family including her 7 Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, Great-Great-Grandchildren, her Sister Margaret and all Nieces and Nephews. Funeral details: Friday 28th October 2016 at Agecroft Crematorium, 11:40am. Family flowers only please, however anyone who wishes to make a donation, can do so to the family's chosen charity SSAFA (UK) Soldiers', Sailors' and Airmen's Families Association.
